No child should be left out, Kingsgen NEET mentoring project has been designed to help young people aged 16 – 25 years improve their chances of employment by offering them coaching support and bespoke activities in order to build skills and confidence and ultimately put them on the right path to a successful future. Providing academic support in English and Maths as part of our NEET mentoring program.

As soon as a young person is identified as being NEET,

Kingsgen will:

  • Contact the young person
  • Carry out an assessment of need in order to provide specialist careers advice and guidance or employment preparation
  • Help the young person to apply for education, training and employment opportunities
  • If the young person decision is employment; we help with CV and interview preparation.
  • Support the young person through to a positive destination for example: an apprenticeship or enrolment onto a course at college
  • Refer them to other organisations that can help them such as job centres and recruitment agencies.
